Justin Greak is the author of Augustin Station, a personal novel shaped by travel and reckoning with a long-hidden identity.
Born and raised in small-town Texas, he was educated in Wilmington, Delaware, before spending a decade teaching in Houston. He later moved abroad, living and working in Sweden before relocating to Singapore, where he continues his career and writing life. These years overseas have informed his interest in place, movement, and the ways distance can alter perspective.
Before turning to fiction, he wrote about travel and place through his blog Justin Goes Places, an early outlet for observation and narrative that continues to influence his work. In addition to writing and teaching, he is a musician and guitarist in his spare time.
He currently lives in Singapore with his husband and their former street cat, Kopi.
